" run your own race"

Perfect the mind, perfect the body, perfect the craft. My goal as a coach is to provide a hands on approach and support system to train athletes to take full responsibility for themselves and their success. To show them how to unlock their full physical and mental potential. Your mind is a very powerful tool. The moment you think you will fail you WILL fail. Maintaining a positive mindset and having a keen sense of self awareness is key to success. The mind tells the body what to do. When you can master mind and body you can master any craft. By training with Azimuth you will learn proper form & technique, body awareness, and body mechanics. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Know your strengths and learn to adapt. If you put in the work you will succeed.

- Coach Symonne
