Azimuth Athletics training is a progressive program designed to maximize physical and mental performance. Coaches work with athletes to establish personal goals, improve upon their form, technique, and understanding of their specific event and sport. Great focus is given to the athlete's physical and mental conditioning, along with proper sprinting and body mechanics. ​
